  1. First off, excellent post. I am an ex-sufferer of panic attacks and the information that you have provided is absolutely spot-on.

    I found that the best way to overcome my disorder was meditation and positive thinking. It has been over 5 years since my last panic attack and I continue to implement the above today.

    I always found medication to be an inconvenience more than anything else and I do not support it unless it is absolutely necessary.
